Fabulous Frau. Unique new, vintage, recycled and handmade items.
Also check out your local charity recycled clothing stores. Many are now going up-market and selling vintage pieces at a premium or online, because they know the value they have. And you can always justify the purchase if it is going to a good cause. 
Just make sure you check for good construction, quality fabric and that there are no pulled threads, holes or discolouration.
